Hi, I’m Tyla.
Qualified naturopath, herbalist and nutrition coach with a deep passion for mental health and women’s wellness. My own experiences with anxiety, low mood and finding balance with food led me to explore natural health, and inspired me to help others take a more empowered, sustainable approach to their wellbeing.
I believe that the nervous system is central to the cause and progression of many conditions, and I integrate this into my treatment plans by combining evidence-based nutrition, lifestyle guidance and nervous system support.

All consultations are online, tailored to your unique health goals with additional guidance as needed.
By working with only a handful of clients at a time, I ensure each person receives the attention and care they deserve to create lasting, meaningful results.

This 60-minute online consultation begins with a pre-session health review, where I’ll carefully assess your completed questionnaire to understand your past and present health, lifestyle and goals.
This allows us to use our time together effectively—diving deep into your health history, current challenges and aspirations while exploring diet, lifestyle and wellbeing practices.
Following our session, you’ll receive a tailored natural health plan with personalised nutrition, supplement and lifestyle recommendations (plus further testing if needed). -
With a one-off nutrition plan, you’ll start by completing a detailed questionnaire outlining your immediate health goals - whether that’s supporting PCOS, sustainable weight loss, building muscle, improving performance or supporting your mental health.
From there, I’ll create a fully personalised plan tailored to your needs, including a 7-day meal plan with recipes to make nourishing your body simple and enjoyable. This may also include calories and macros if preferred, ensuring your plan aligns with your lifestyle and goals.
